1 Cup Will Clear Up Phlegm And Mucus in chest And Lungs _ Improve Immunity In This Winter Season

A Simple Tea for Boosting Immunity

If you want to increase your immunity, avoid mucus in your throat and lungs, and stay warm during winter, I have a simple tea recipe for you. This tea is made with just two ingredients and can be prepared at home. You can drink it twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. In this guide, I’ll explain how to make this tea and why it’s beneficial.

Ingredients for the Immunity-Boosting Tea

The first ingredient is cinnamon. Make sure to use real cinnamon, not cassia. I’ll provide a link to my previous video where I explain the difference. Cinnamon is available worldwide, and you can find it online. Use 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon in the tea. Why cinnamon? Because it’s antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal. Additionally, it helps keep your heart healthy, works on your pancreas, and balances insulin levels in your body.

The second ingredient is ginger—raw ginger, not powdered. Ayurveda, the holistic medical science, says raw ginger in small amounts balances all three doshas. However, powdered ginger can affect the Pitta (fire component). Ginger boosts your metabolism, helping your body detoxify and reducing the chances of toxins building up in your gut. It also has positive effects on the liver, aiding in bile production, which helps your gallbladder stay healthy and reduces the risk of gallstones.

How to Make the Tea

Here’s how to make the tea:
1. Take one glass of water (about 200 milliliters) and add 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon.
2. Take a small piece of fresh ginger root, peel it, crush it, and add it to the same water.
3. Boil the mixture over medium heat for two minutes.
4. After boiling, let it cool down to around 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit), then add honey if desired. Remember, never add honey to hot tea, as it can become toxic when heated. You can also add a bit of lemon or lime juice for flavor.

When to Drink the Tea

I suggest not drinking this tea on an empty stomach. Instead, drink it with food, after food, or between meals to avoid irritation or discomfort in the stomach. Some people may find ginger and cinnamon irritating when consumed on an empty stomach. If this happens to you, this tea might not be suitable, and you should try a different remedy.

Conclusion

This simple tea can help boost your immunity and reduce mucus in your body. It can also aid in digestion and keep you warm during the winter. If taken in moderation, it’s unlikely to cause issues, but remember to follow the recommended usage. You can play with the recipe by adding a little turmeric or black pepper, but cinnamon and ginger are the main ingredients.

Give this tea a try, and let me know how it works for you. Stay happy, stay healthy, and enjoy your winter!
