Very Simple and Effective Ways to Clean Your Gut
It’s very easy to maintain a healthy gut and clean your intestines. The only thing you need is discipline. Here, I’ll share with you three simple and effective ways to clean your gut and improve your overall health.
1. Triphala
One way to clean your gut is by using Triphala. If you break down the word, “Tri” means three, and “phala” means fruits. Triphala is a combination of three fruits: Amalaki (Indian Gooseberry), Bibhitaki, and Haritaki. Amalaki is the richest source of vitamin C and is full of antioxidants, making it excellent for your eyes, hair, and overall health. Haritaki helps strengthen the immune system, while Bibhitaki is known for cleaning the intestines.
It’s better to consume Triphala than just one of its components, as you get multiple benefits from the combination. Triphala is my first choice for maintaining gut health. You can consume Triphala in powder form, which might not be the most pleasant, but it’s highly effective. To use Triphala, mix one teaspoon of the powder with water and drink it at night. If you find this too strong, mix one teaspoon with honey and consume it. While there are Triphala tablets and capsules, they’re not as effective as the powder, so I recommend using the powder.
2. Fasting
Fasting is another way to cleanse your intestines and improve gut health. By eating on time and giving your body time to detoxify, you allow it to rejuvenate naturally. To practice fasting, eat dinner between 5 to 7 p.m., and don’t eat again until the next morning’s meal between 10 a.m. and noon. This window gives your body enough time to detoxify. It makes you feel lighter and more energized.
For a deeper cleanse, try fasting two times a month for a whole day. During the fasting period, avoid eating solid food, but you can drink herbal teas. If you find it too difficult, you can eat fruits when you feel hungry during the fasting day. The key is not to stress about fasting; enjoy it, and you’ll notice significant improvements in your gut health.
3. Castor Oil
Drinking castor oil can also help clean your gut. Take one tablespoon of warm castor oil once a month. If you find one tablespoon insufficient, you can increase the dose slightly. After drinking castor oil, it’s okay to drink warm water. If you have severe gallbladder issues, kidney problems, or other serious health concerns, consult your doctor before using castor oil. In general, castor oil is a helpful addition to your detox routine.
Conclusion
These are three simple and effective ways to cleanse your gut. Remember, if you’re not eating healthy and only focusing on detoxification, it won’t work well. Maintain a healthy lifestyle, do regular exercise, and avoid processed and unhealthy foods. Additionally, consume Triphala and fast occasionally to give your body time to rejuvenate. I hope this information is helpful. See you in the next video with a big smile! Until then, smile more, stay happy, and stay healthy!
