Best Medicine to Treat Hair Fall
The general answer for treating hair fall or regrowing lost hair is usually minoxidil. However, my answer is not minoxidil—it’s vitamin D3. While minoxidil and other similar medications can improve blood supply to your hair, they may not be the most effective if you have low levels of vitamin D3. Many people suffer from hair loss, and one common factor is a deficiency in vitamin D3. I have never seen someone with severe hair fall who has optimal vitamin D3 levels, usually around 80 nanomoles per liter in blood tests.
The Importance of Vitamin D3
Whether you’re taking minoxidil or not, you need to ensure you have adequate vitamin D3 levels to prevent hair fall. Even after a hair transplant, you need vitamin D3 to avoid losing transplanted hair. In addition to preventing hair loss, vitamin D3 also has other benefits, such as improving your mood, boosting your energy, aiding joint function, supporting hormonal balance, and enhancing your immunity.
Vitamin D3 is crucial for many body functions, not just hair health. Fortunately, your body can make vitamin D3 when exposed to sunlight. However, as you age, your body’s ability to produce vitamin D3 diminishes. Additionally, if you’re lacking in magnesium or not exposing yourself to sunlight, you won’t get enough vitamin D3.
Sources of Vitamin D3
It is challenging to obtain enough vitamin D3 from food sources. People often mention mushrooms, but you’d have to consume large amounts to reach optimal levels. Cod liver oil is a better source, but you still need to get sunlight exposure to help your body produce vitamin D3. If you don’t consume fish products or dislike them, then exposing yourself to sunlight is the best option. Alternatively, you can use vitamin D3 supplements, which are easily available worldwide in medical stores. Just ask for vitamin D3, and you’ll find various options.
Why Vitamin D3 Matters for Hair Regrowth
Taking care of your vitamin D3 levels is essential for hair growth and overall health. Other supplements won’t work as well if you have low levels of vitamin D3. If you are using herbal supplements or any other type of supplement, they will be more effective if your vitamin D3 levels are sufficient. Having low vitamin D3 levels and using other supplements will not yield good results, leading you to think that supplements are ineffective when, in fact, the issue is vitamin D3 deficiency.
Even if you use hair loss supplements, such as the ones from my company, they won’t work unless you have good vitamin D3 levels. That’s the truth. Our Hair Care Pack includes tablets with Moringa, which helps if you’re low on iron or ferritin, but they are not substitutes for vitamin D3. The pack requires consuming five tablets in the morning and five in the evening to see results, but again, it’s crucial to maintain adequate vitamin D3 levels.
Conclusion
I hope this information helps. See you in the next video with a big smile! Until then, keep smiling, stay happy, and stay healthy.
