Best way to treat candida and yeast overgrowth for good

The Tongue and Its Causes

The tongue that you have seen in the thumbnail of this article – the cause could actually be one of two things. The first cause is candida. Yes, this happens because of candida. However, many people misdiagnose themselves, thinking that it’s always candida, and start treating it. The reality is that this condition can also be caused by acid reflux or indigestion.

The Importance of Proper Diagnosis

Yes, if the problem is significant, as shown in this photo, it could be because of candida. But if it’s not too severe, it’s likely just a little bit, then don’t misdiagnose, and don’t just start treating candida. Instead, treat your digestive system, and you’ll see that your tongue will get better. You will also avoid bad breath and feel lighter in your stomach.

This is from my own experience. When people come to me for consultations, they show me their tongue and tell me they are trying to treat candida. When I examine their tongue, I am often amazed at why they are treating candida when it’s actually not candida—it is because of acid reflux. Once they start treating their acid reflux and working on their indigestion, everything improves.

Understanding Good Digestion

People need to work on their digestion so that their immunity can suppress candida. A person will have good digestion only if their liver functions well, they have good-quality bile, and their stomach works properly. The juices and enzymes in the stomach need to be in good condition, and the intestines must function properly. The pancreas and spleen also play a role in good digestion. Only when all these organs are working properly will digestion be optimal.

How to Fix Acid in the Stomach

To fix the acid in the stomach, you need to add acid. Here’s how you can do that: I love to use apple cider vinegar. Take one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and add it to a glass of warm water. Add one tablespoon of lemon or lime juice, mix it together, and drink it. You can drink it any time of the day when you have acid reflux—whether in the morning, daytime, or evening.

If you have ulcers or erosions in the stomach, don’t drink this mixture. Otherwise, you can try it and see how your body reacts. Most people I have recommended it to found it works. This remedy has the same effect as chemical medicines that people buy to get rid of gas, bloating, or indigestion. You’ll get similar results from using apple cider vinegar.

Tips for Gas, Bloating, and Acid Reflux

If you have gas, bloating, or acid reflux, you need to cut down on sugar, especially refined sugar. Stop consuming or reduce it as much as you can because refined sugar is the food source for candida. If you have these problems, avoid consuming lots of protein and carbohydrates. Instead, choose boiled vegetables or light salads. Pumpkin and zucchini are great options. Go for anything that is easily digestible, as that will help.

Herbal Recommendations

What else can you do? I’ll give you the names of two herbal medicines you can try. The first is moringa powder, which is easily available worldwide. I use it in my practice, and I’ll put a link down below. Moringa is great for treating candida and other conditions like herpes or inflammation. The second option is Liv 52, made by the Himalaya company. I use this in my practice, too. It’s very good for liver health.

I’m not doing any advertisements—they haven’t paid me for this. I’m sharing what I recommend to my patients. Liv 52 should be taken two tablets, twice a day, 30 minutes after food. Moringa is usually taken between meals—between lunch and dinner or between breakfast and lunch. I prefer mixing it in buttermilk; it’s very convenient. You can add a little salt and cumin powder for flavor.

Sometimes I use Liv 52, and sometimes I use Moringa. I keep changing, depending on my mood or how much effect I want. Moringa is quite heavy and very effective, while Liv 52 is also good. Choose whichever one you feel comfortable with.

Concluding Thoughts

I get a bit nervous when I talk about herbs because people might think I’m doing a sponsored article. However, this is the truth, and I’m sharing my experience. So I hope you understand why it’s happening and the difference between candida and simple acid reflux. Don’t misdiagnose—it’s better to consult your doctor or do some medical tests.

Vitamin D is very important, so start consuming vitamin C-rich foods as well. I hope this information will be helpful, and now you won’t panic, thinking you have candida and start treating it needlessly. I hope you understand the root cause.

The most important thing is to smile because smiling increases immunity and decreases stress. Stay happy, stay healthy, and I’ll see you in the next article with a big smile!
