The Healing Power of Garlic
Garlic is a fabulous medicine. I have treated many patients with garlic as the main treatment. Yes, there was also a proper diet and some other herbs, but garlic was the key. I have treated patients with high cholesterol, liver problems, joint issues, and high blood pressure—all with the use of garlic. The results have been remarkable.
In this article, I’ll share with you how to use garlic the right way. The best way to use it is to crush it or chop it into small pieces, then let it sit for five to ten minutes. Don’t consume it directly; it’s better to wait a few minutes before chewing and swallowing it. Since chewing raw garlic isn’t comfortable for everyone, you can mix it with honey to make it more palatable. Alternatively, squeeze a little bit of lemon juice over it before eating. If that doesn’t work for you, you can sauté garlic on low heat, but the best results come from using it raw.
How to Consume Garlic
After you chew and swallow the garlic, you can drink warm water. This is a simple and effective method to consume garlic. Another way to consume garlic is by making garlic tea. I have a whole video dedicated to garlic tea, and I’ll include a link below if you’d like to check it out.
I would like to share a story about one of my patients. He’s about 50 years old and came to me with his test results. He was having some issues, but what surprised me was his testosterone levels. In a range of 12 to 25, his testosterone was at 25 at the age of 50. I was shocked because he’s not a bodybuilder; he’s just a regular guy. He’s been my patient for about four or five years, and his name is Sergey. I asked him how he maintained such high testosterone levels at his age, and he told me that he eats garlic every single day. He follows Ayurveda religiously and has seen amazing results.
The Benefits of Garlic
Garlic is easy to consume, but you have to take it every day for a specific duration to see the effects. It can help with cholesterol, liver health, joint issues, blood pressure, and even testosterone levels. This humble herb has many health benefits and is a natural remedy with a long history in traditional medicine.
